One of the views that will be implemented on ccFOUND

The first week of January has passed. More and more people write to us asking what is going on in the project? Every few days we receive further inquiries as to whether private sale is in progress and whether it is still possible to buy tokens … I also have a personal relationship with a person who declares an investment of PLN 0.5 million in ccFOUND, so we still arouse investors’ interest, for which I thank you very much.

In December we finished translating the whitepaper into English. You can find both the whitepaper and twopager in English versions at this link: https://bit.ly/ccenglishdocs

We are now creating 3 systems, leaving the fourth untouched for the moment:

1. An auction platform for the ICO is created and it’s 70% complete. The registration method, KYC and AML have been remodeled. We have designed a new look of the user panel that allows for the payment of deposits for the purposes of the auction in various currencies. There are still some views to be completed, which will then be implemented. Advanced work on the ICO website is also underway.

2. We have created numerous new views of the ccFOUND platform; you will find them here: https://adobe.ly/3qd8Pa2

We haven’t started implementing them yet. So far, developers have focused on fixing bugs in the alpha version; within a week the work on the implementation of the views should start.

3. After consulting with advisers, we decided not to hire smart contract developers on a full-time basis, instead we collect offers from software houses dealing with blockchain. We have received one offer at the moment; we are waiting for two more. We discuss the initial design of smart contracts with auditors, software houses and CTO candidates, learning a lot about how to optimize the project.

4. We decided to leave the question of the ccFOUND mobile app for now.

We are focusing on grassroots work now. It seems that I have already informed you about employing Wiktoria as HR Director, along with hiring her proven consultants. With Wiktoria on the team, we immediately built a strong recruitment team. As a result, in December, recruitment for front- and backend-developers, CTO, CMO and a PR specialist started and is still ongoing. We have several or a dozen candidates for each position, following the initial selection. They go through personality tests, trial tasks, and interviews with individual team members.

We hired a UX/UI designer — we welcome Piotr to the team! We also took over Sylwia, known to some of you, from my parent company, Strategie Rozwoju, who will support the administrative processes. We also acquired two smart contract auditors.

In addition, through the LinkedIn and Experty platforms (which now resembles the former Earn platform), we start recruiting international advisors.

From the legal and administrative side, we are working on diversifying the maintenance of the company’s funds, opening accounts in Switzerland and Lithuania. We also diversified the currency funds, and thanks to investments in crypto, ccFOUND instead of PLN 4.4 million has the amount of PLN 5.3 million (calculated after today’s BTC correction; that’s $1.4M). Therefore, we are still a million PLN ahead of private sale and we can see that maintaining a position in crypto makes a lot of sense.

We are also considering establishing additional entities that will support the process of collecting funds from investors already on the international market — unfortunately, I cannot reveal the details at the moment, but we are doing it so that the entire project benefits.

We work with a sworn translator on new legal and marketing documents. My pitch deck is being translated and the webinar is being transcribed, which I decided not to leave to chance.

Currently my focus is shifting from the building the IT team back to marketing. Over the coming weeks, a media plan of interviews, YT channels and ICO reviewers will be established — we will start booking meetings with them.

Contrary to popular expectations, I find it a bad idea to base all external communication on the CEO, that is on me. So I want our team to include a dedicated presenter / brand ambassador who will also identify with the project enough to conduct webinars and participate in interviews. This will relieve the CEO so that he can still see the business from a bird’s eye view and watch the details of product development.

Regards,
Piotr Michalak
ccFOUND CEO
